1. Job Title: IoT Engineer 

Location: Bengaluru 

Roles and Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage the IoT-based irrigation system to ensure optimal performance. - Submit weekly and monthly site work progress reports, including daily attendance, material usage, and operational data. - Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all installed IoT controllers and components. - Resolve IoT system software-related issues, coordinating with the OEM for firmware updates as required. - Conduct system logic adjustments for performance improvement as needed. - Conduct daily inspections of dashboards to identify and address system connectivity or sensor-related errors. - Train maintenance teams on IoT system operations and safety protocols. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless maintenance activities during scheduled shutdowns and maintenance windows. - Lead toolbox talks for daily safety briefings and work plans. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). - Ability to lead and guide a team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards 

 Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related fields). 

Experience: Freshers/1-3 years of experience in IoT-based systems or irrigation-related technology. - Proficiency in monitoring and managing IoT controllers, sensors, and hybrid systems. - Familiarity with dashboard-based monitoring tools and irrigation software. 

2. Job Title: IoT Technician 

Location: Bengaluru (Work will be in shifts) 

Roles and Responsibilities: - Oversee shift-wise IoT irrigation system operations, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and resources. - Conduct daily system checks and ensure timely resolution of issues during assigned shifts. - Coordinate maintenance activities during planned system downtimes. - Collaborate with irrigation teams to ensure no damage occurs to IoT components during landscaping work. - Maintain detailed reports of system performance, operational issues, and rectifications for each shift. - Ensure all controllers, sensors, and other equipment are functioning optimally and updated as per the preventive maintenance schedule. - Address and resolve technical issues related to solenoid valves, hybrid controllers, and communication links. - Monitor water usage and prevent excess watering or shortages in designated areas. 

Qualifications and Skills: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related fields). 

Experience:- Freshers/0–3 years of experience working with IoT systems or automated control units. - Knowledge of IoT-based controllers, master controllers, and hybrid systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage teams during maintenance operations. - Proficiency in daily reporting and operational coordination using system dashboards. - Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 

3. Testing Engineer

Location: Bengaluru 

Qualifications and Skills: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related fields). 

Experience:-  Fresher/0–1 years of experience working with IoT systems or automated control unit
